KELLY BOTTO is the founder and principal of Botto Coaching Collaborative, a team of authentic and practical coaches and facilitators who help business leaders strengthen their impact. With her passion for helping others, Kelly brings clarity and action to her coaching engagements and group programs, bringing more than two decades of experience in the field. As an executive coach to global leaders, Kelly helps clients uncover strengths that they may not be leveraging, as well as critical areas that may be stalling or limiting their growth. She deftly guides senior talent as they take action moving in and out of their comfort zone and creates the space that encourages clients to fully understand the impact of their style and approach. Known for her facilitation of group programs that are experiential and impactful for participants, Kelly has been described by clients as practical, direct, honest, warm and insightful, and noted for bringing humor and great energy to her work.

Prior to launching Botto Coaching Collaborative in 2013, Kelly served as a Partner with Camden Consulting Group, a boutique executive coaching and leadership development firm. Kelly led the executive coaching practice as both a coach to Camden clients and the coaching practice operations manager. She worked closely with clients to understand their needs, design solutions and align Camden’s resources. While at Camden, Kelly built a team of 20 coaches and consultants who handled more than 80% of the firm’s business.

Skilled at discovery, listening, analyzing situations and recommending solutions, Kelly puts these tools to use when designing leadership and executive coaching programs at the individual and group level. Kelly is an adjunct faculty with Simmons University’s Institute for Inclusive Leadership. A Master Coach Supervisor in the William James College Coach Certification program, Kelly has been a guest lecturer with the program since 2013. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Saint Anselm College and is a Certified NeuroTransformational Coach. Kelly is certified to deliver The Leadership Circle, Insights Discovery, the Hogan suite of assessments & Lominger Voices 360.

Kelly’s diverse client base includes such organizations as Kymera Therapeutics, Applied BioMath, BioNTech, Loomis Sayles, TranslateBio, PharmaLogics, Coverys, FSA Store.com, EnterSolar, Synchrony Financial, GMO, Novo Nordisk and Remix Therapeutics.
