ELEVATE is Botto Coaching Collaborative’s virtual leader development learning experience, designed to help leaders live and lead with greater ease, awareness and impact.  Delivered on Zoom, it is designed to be highly interactive, ensuring a dynamic, engaging experience for all participants. Our in-house technical producer ensures that virtual programs run smoothly, answering any questions from attendees and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

We get clients to approach others from a place of openness and learning, rather than one of old habits and snap judgements. This important shift enables them to elevate their awareness and become better at managing themselves, and in turn, managing and leading others.

Our Approach

We focus on building meaningful human connections, and our programs do not feel like training. We begin by breaking down barriers between people in an environment of mutual trust, respect and connection.

Our facilitators bring tools and resources drawn from best communication practices, but the real learning comes from the work clients do together in groups. We do not come with “the answers,” but facilitate incisive group dialogues on topics that are important to the participants and help them elevate their understanding of themselves, their colleagues, and how they can become more effective contributors together.

Our in-house Zoom producer ensures that the technology serves the outcomes we have designed.  Our producer manages the breakout sessions, other tools we leverage such as Mentimeter, as well as communication with participants should there be any challenges. 

Team Offsites & “Zoomsites”

We design and facilitate impactful team offsite and “Zoomsite” meetings focused on team alignment around a specific business challenge or opportunity, defined with the client. Often these meetings are with members of an executive team and the broader leadership team.  We focus on topics that help drive better business results including:

Our Approach

Through these meetings we break down silos, improve communication and come together through purposeful programming. We leverage practical activities and assessments to create space for open and honest dialogue. These offsites and Zoomsites are custom designed based on client needs.

These offsites do not feature rope climbing or trust falls. Instead, we provide guided, purposeful activities and discussions in a conducive space for people to explore common themes, listen empathetically and share themselves with each other. These thought-provoking sessions build a deeper level of human connection and understanding, allowing teams to operate more effectively.

When getting together in person is not feasible, we leverage Zoom for our “Zoomsites.”  Our in-house technical producer ensures that the technology works in full-support of the outcomes we have designed for.  We intentionally design the Zoomsites differently then we would an in-person offsite.  We often meet multiple times across a few week span which allows us to factor in Zoom fatigue and it allows us to give participants time to digest the content and come back ready to deepen the conversation and commitment.

 

Coaching Program Design & execution

Botto Coaching Collaborative offers a turnkey service for those who wish to outsource a broad-based coaching initiative. This may be in response to a cultural integration in situations such as mergers, acquisitions, new management, new business initiatives and rapid growth — or it may be that an organization is looking for a single-point of contact for vetting, sourcing and managing coaching resources.

Our Approach

We work expediently to create, staff and monitor an in-house program for the client who wants to significantly change and develop leadership, but lacks the internal resources to do it themselves. We draw upon our collective decades in the business to quickly assemble and deploy a team of professional coaches, ensuring that the coaching is aligned with what the business and individual clients need.
