Our approach is rooted in day-to-day business experiences, which we use to develop “muscle memory” around fresh ways of thinking and new techniques. Clients practice new approaches in low-risk situations, so that over time, they can confidently implement them in higher-risk situations. With our guidance, they take purposeful steps to build new, positive habits.
